Hi, i'm sarah.

An underwater, birth, elopement and family Photographer who also provides birth support, face painting for events and art workshops.

I am a Biripi/Worimi woman living on beautiful Gumbayngirr country. I am an artist that captures the essence of the natural world, birth and our connection to each other through emotive photography underneath and above water. I started my career photographing the landscape in outback Australia. My images have been published in the Sydney Morning Herald, on ABC news and in various outback and aviation magazines.

My landscape work slowly evolved into portrait work and I have been photographing family's and wedding since 2014. I became a doula and birth worker in 2018 after the birth of my baby, Phoebe. For birth work I have studied through and am certified with Lacey Barrett and Julia Jones. in 2025 I am currently studying a Diploma of Counselling through TAFE. I was also awarded bronze for the Birth Photographer of the year award in 2021. I am a member of the Australian Doula Network, Heartfelt and WIRES. I love to empower families through their births, and beyond.

In 2022 I started face painting due to my love of art. Making kids smile is the best. I also love guiding adults through art projects. It always blows my mind how much confidence and happiness trying something new, and making something beautiful gives a person.

I host public painting and polymer workshops and private workshops in those mediums, plus I offer photography lessons too.
